Lauren Cicconetti, Assistant Stylist

As a recent addition to the Spa Collections family, I am eager to welcome you to our Aveda™ concept salon. By working with your face shape and the efficiency of the style, we can create a style that is specific to you , and your needs.

Our products are 98% naturally derived from plant and flower extracts to help you achieve healthy and balanced hair and scalp. I also enjoy doing manicures and pedicures using the highest quality Aveda products.

I studied at the Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School in Columbus, Ohio.

Rhiannon O’Hearn, Stylist

I have been a part of Spa Collections since the year 2000. I have a true passion for Aveda™ and for making people feel better about the way they look and feel. My continuing education keeps me motivated and my techniques up to date. I have had training with Aveda™ haircutting , hair color and makeup application in Toronto, Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati.

I am an Aveda In-Salon haircutting coach and I teach my techniques to the staff at Spa Collections. My focus is always on my guest’s satisfaction. I enjoy doing everything from haircutting, coloring and makeup to manicures, pedicures and relaxation facials.

Angela Dorksen, Licensed Massage Therapist

I've been a licensed massage therapist since 1999, and in 2000 became certified in LaStone Therapy (the Original Hot Stone Massage). I've completed various continued education hours related to Aveda spa services, head and neck problems, pregnancy, and muscle aches due to stress, illness, and/or injury. As a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) I am committed to lifelong learning.

I believe in client-centered care by providing individualized massage treatments in a professional and caring manner. Pressure and techniques vary depending on treatment protocol and client comfort. A clean and relaxing environment enhances the massage experience, and I want our spa guests to take with them a renewed sense of calm.

David Kangas, Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been a state licensed medical massage therapist since July of 2004. Prior to moving to Wooster and joining the staff of Spa Collections, I have been performing massage therapy in various environments within the state of Ohio, including clinics, fitness centers, spas, and corporate functions (corporate chair massage). I have studied a wide variety of different massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofacial Release, chair massage and many more.

My style of massotherapy integrates the techniques of various modalities into each session, to help make each guest's experience both therapeutic and relaxing. I don't believe that a massage has to be painful to be productive, so I consciously apply an amount of pressure that is most beneficial to each individual guest, depending on their preference (which may range from light to deep) . I strive to treat each guest of our fine facility with the utmost respect and offer them the best service that I can give.

Shayna Polk, Receptionist

As front desk receptionist I am more than happy to answer any and all of your questions. I am here to accommodate you while booking appointments, making sure to pay special attention to all of your needs. From giving you directions to our spa to making sure you’re booked with the stylist who will fit you best. My pleasure is to make sure that you’re equipped with all the information you need to make your visit with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Nichole Campbell, Receptionist

As a new addition to the Spa Collections team, I am excited to work with such a talented group of beauty professionals. I will assist our clientele with booking their appointments and answer questions concerning Spa Collections Aveda treatments and services. It is my goal that all clients have a true Aveda sensory experience and leave relaxed and rejuvenated.

Listening to clients, considering their lifestyle and giving them a warm memorable experience has been my pleasure in the salon for over 30 years. I continually strive to expand my energy for fashion sense. Traveling to such places as NYC, Minneapolis, Toronto and Cincinnati to stay educated on the latest trends and styles.

I joined the Spa Collections team in 2006, bringing over 20 years of experience with me. I have worked with many products over the years, but after attending the Aveda™ Academy in New York, I find their products and concepts for hair designs to be the best.

I am continuing my education constantly to keep up with the latest styles. I truly enjoy working with people and helping them to become the best they can be. I invite you to stop in and enjoy a truly unique Aveda™ experience.

Tamara Shultz, Stylist

I enjoy bringing out the best in everyone. I make sure my clients feel confident that they are looking their very best. I take each individual clients lifestyle and hair goals as well as skin tones and face shape into consideration to find what best suits each guests’ needs. I specialize in trendy razor and point cutting as well as classic styles.

I have traveled to Chicago, New York, Cleveland and Columbus for classes including dimensional and corrective coloring, Updo’s, make-up, waxing and permanent straightening. I can design all hairstyles from short and sassy to long and classic. Working with all hair texture types: thick coarse hair, or fine thin, and both curly and straight. If you have a special occasion and want to add some glamour to your night I will be happy to teach you how to apply your make-up and perform facial and brow waxing.

I am available to do spa manicures and pedicures with scheduled appointments in the evenings and Saturdays.

Rosanna Ralston, Licensed Massage Therapist

Christine Harris, Esthetician

I have been a licensed Esthetician since 2002 and I employ unique methods that soothe, calm and balance skin conditions with gentle and non-invasive techniques. After undergoing extensive training in Charlotte, NC in esthetics I brought my education and love of skin care back to Ohio and worked in Cleveland where I also had the opportunity to study directly under the world renowned dermatologist Dr. Murad before coming to Spa Collections.

I have a deep appreciation for the power of human touch to help transform the skin, all while providing a professional yet relaxing experience. I am committed not only to the health of my clients skin but their overall well-being. Other areas of expertise include certification in relaxation massage and body waxing.
